NEVER USE CHARCOAL LIGHTER FLUID! Use a charcoal chimney with paper and a match instead. No one likes the taste or smell of charcoal lighter fluid, and if you're smoking, the smell and flavor is the key ingredent. Hydrocarbons belong in your fuel tank.

Cajun Style Grilled Corn
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

4 ears corn, with husks
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat the grill to 375°F
Peel husks back but do not remove. Scrub and remove silks.
Mix oregano, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and cayenne in a small bowl.
Brush melted butter over corn.
Rub seasoning mixture over each ear of corn.
Pull husks up and place corn on grill grates.
Grill for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove from grill and allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
Remove husks, then serve and enjoy!
